When a hash matches, it proves the file is the same as the documented reference file. That is file-identity evidence, not a religious ruling or institutional approval by itself.
The project publishes source provenance, hashes, release manifests, preservation evidence, and verification tools so files can be checked outside this website too.
QuranVerify does not issue religious rulings, replace scholars or publishers, or call a file institutionally approved unless documented evidence exists.
The project is currently operator-led and is building toward independent mirrors, signers, reviewers, archives, and institutional participation.
